Daydreaming in a sweatshop

I would rather have the extraordinary illusions
Of kings riding horses
To scoop up silk wearing ladies
Upon great white horses
Taking them away from factory jobs
With no future
Where girls turn into
Machines
Wearing hard lines upon their faces
As they age without a future.

I would rather have the extraordinary illusions
Of giggling jesters jumping up and smiling
As you dine with others on amazing dinners
In a fine hall filled with conversations galore
And laughter.

I would rather have the extraordinary illusions
Of such things
Fill my mind
Before all this sewing in this sweat shop
Completely drives me insane.
